Network resources

Network resources = computer data, information, or hardware devices that can be easily accessed from a remote computer through a local area network (LAN) or enterprise intranet.

Network operating system = A network operating system (NOS) is a computer operating system system that is designed primarily to support workstation, personal computer, and, in some instances, older terminal that are connected on a local area network (LAN).

Network policies definition = A generic document that outlines rules for computer network access, determines how policies are enforced and lays out some of the basic architecture of the company security/ network security environment.

An account managers role in the administration of which users have accounts (who uses a guest account, the user account and a administrator account.

An account peripheral is the external nodes connected to to central system that the network stems from. This includes modems, printers and file servers.

Account file privileges refer to which users have permission to access certain files. Some users having more restrictions then others depending on who it is.

System administrators at SHORE would need to delete the users of staff and students leaving the school as well as creating new users for new comers to the school. Making sure that staff have less restriction on their accounts then student accounts.
